Your own AI personal assistant, built and configured for your business by my team. It's trained on your services, your prices, your service area, and your voice — then connected to your email, calendar, and Facebook page so it can take the busywork off your plate: inbox, follow-ups, posting, reminders.

This is a setup service, not software you have to figure out. We build it, test it, train you on it, and hand you the keys.

What your assistant can do

You pick the jobs. Depending on your tier, your assistant can run:

• Inbox triage — sorts your email, flags what matters, drafts replies in your voice
• Follow-ups — chases estimates and no-replies by text and email until they answer or opt out
• Posting — creates and schedules your Facebook posts so your page never goes dark

How it works

1. You check out and book your setup call. You'll also get a short intake form: your services, prices, service area, the tools you use, and your top time-drains.
2. We map your setup on the call — what's eating your time and the rules your assistant will follow.
3. You grant access the proper way — platform invites and roles, never passwords shared over email. Your accounts stay yours, and you can revoke access anytime.
4. My team builds it (7–10 business days) — loads your business info and rules, sets up your job modules, and wires up the escalations so anything outside your rules stops and comes to you.
5. We test it before you see it — sample emails, follow-ups, and posts run through QA first.
6. You test-drive it on real tasks, supervised, and we adjust the rules on the spot.
7. Handover — training call, written quick-start guide, and your rules in writing. Then your tuning window starts (7, 14, or 30 days depending on your tier) and we fine-tune based on real use.
